Itinerary day by day
Arrive in Beijing. Head for Chengde.
Chengde/Jinshanling part of Great Wall
Visit Chengde Summer Mountain Resort, Puning Temple and Little Potala.
Walk in Jinshanlin and Huanghuacheng parts of Great Wall. Have lunch on the way. Arrive at Huairou in the evening.
Walk on Huanghuacheng Great Wall all the day and return to Beijing in the evening. Head for Datong by train(soft sleeper)
Datong/Mt. Wutaishan(Taihuai Town)
Arrive in Datong in the morning and have breakfast at Yugang Hotel. Visit Yungang Grottoes. Head for Xuankong Temple and have lunch on the way. Head for Mt. Wutaishan. Stay at Taihuan Town at night.
Visit the temples on foot: Tayuan Temple, Xiantong Temple, Shuxiang Temple and so on.
After breakfast, head for Taiyuan by bus. Have lunch in Taiyuan and visit Jinci Temple. Head for Xi’an by train(soft sleeper).
Arrive in Xi’an in the morning. Have breakfast in the Hotel of Youth Association. Visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, the Forest of Stone Tablets Museum and Ancient City Wall in the morning and the Drum Tower, the Mosque and the Moslem Street in the afternoon.
Visit the Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor and the Historical Museum of Shaanxi. Visit Emperor Qinshihuang’s Tomb Figures of Soldiers and Horses after lunch. Head for Mt. Huangshan in the afternoon.
Visit West Mountain Shrine in the morning. Climb Mt. Huashan (about 5km). Stay in the hotel on the mount.
Enjoy the sunrise and the east, west and south peaks of the mount on foot. Return to Xi’an by bus in the afternoon.
Fly to Beijing in the morning. Visit Thirteen Tombs of the Ming Emperors.
Visit the Forbidden City, the Temple of Heaven and Hutongs.

Mini bus; train( Beijing to Datong & Taiyuan to Xi’an); airplane from Xi’an to Beijing
Hotels with 2 or 3 stars or the best local hotels or hostels.
We could arrange the guide according to the client’s language requirement. But for the French or German group, we could guarantee you the French or Germany speaking guide, only if there’re more than 8 people in your group.
